We provide personalized assistance with daily living, medication support, meals, housekeeping, activities, and care coordination. Because every person’s needs are different, we begin with a conversation and individual assessment.
02Can you help my loved one with medications and medical appointments?
Yes. Residents may choose to use our trusted pharmacy partner, which delivers medications directly to the home each day. We also coordinate access to a healthcare provider who makes regular house calls and is available to residents seven days a week through telehealth. When outside appointments are needed, our team can help coordinate transportation so residents can get to their appointments safely and families feel supported.
03Do you offer private and shared rooms?
Yes. Shared and private rooms are available at both homes, based on current availability. Contact us to discuss which option may be the best fit for your loved one.
04Do you support residents receiving hospice care?
We can collaborate with hospice agencies and families to help support comfort, dignity, and coordinated care. Please contact us to discuss your loved one’s specific needs.
05Do you offer memory and dementia support?
We provide individualized support for residents experiencing memory changes. Suitability depends on each person’s needs, safety, and care plan.
06Can residents bring their own furniture?
Personal furnishings and familiar belongings can help a new room feel like home. We will gladly discuss room setup and what will fit safely during your tour.

Complete our tour request form or contact us directly. You can select Hillcrest Living Center in Visalia, Senior Care Home Fresno, or either location and share the best time for us to reach you.
